Faith planning is a spiritual and skilled approach

Faith planning is the spiritual and skilled approach to initiating your plan and putting it into motion.

Go into your project with the faith that it will work out because it lines up with Gods plans and his will.

Envision the project, goal, or dream being completed.

Think of the result and what it would look like complete and finish.

But don't only envision what it will look like, envision what it will feel like to you, and the effects on everyone that will be impacted by the outcome and results.

Did the planning for the project, goal, or dream completely serve its purpose? Are the results what you expected?

Did the project exceed your expectations and the expectations of others?

Well, it’s that time of the year again. Once again the holiday season is upon us. For many the holiday season means keeping the family and organizational traditions alive.

Whether it be polishing the old silverware that has been passed down through the generations or preparing and participating in the annual company Holiday party, the old traditions are still near and dear to hearts.

But what about new holiday traditions? Is there a place for them? I thought you’d never ask. Of course! But let me say this. For some of us who may be considered older and are pretty set in how we like to celebrate the season, let’s not be so rigid or even downright frigid when it comes to being open at the suggestion or implementation of new traditions.

As mature Christians we have lived a life that has exhibited the growth and development of faith that produces fruit. We have learned that if we trust and believe we will receive, as long as it is in God's will.

Our Christian experiences, and ripeness in the faith, has articulated to us the kind of boldness that we can say to any mountain, "Mountain you are nothing but a technicality, a hindrance, an obstacle that God has empowered me by faith to move, to hurdle, to overcome." Our faith assures us the mountain shall be defeated.

The fact that we have faith is evidenced by the work that we put in and the production that comes out. James 2:17 put’s it plainly, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.

It's the certainty...

It’s that time of the year again. Summer is over, and Fall is here. As for me, summer has always been my favorite season. Mostly because as a child growing up in New Jersey, I really enjoyed the outdoors and participating in various sports in the neighborhood.

In the summer months, you were almost guaranteed great weather to go outside to play. That is unless it rained of course.

In my opinion, winter, spring and fall have always been very unpredictable. At least in New Jersey. I can pretty much say the same for the weather here in Maryland although I have noticed a slight difference in the fall here.

Here in Maryland we are blessed with a change in the seasons where you can really see and feel the change dramatically. In Maryland the fa...

The world is a much different place than it was 40, 30, 20 or even 15 years ago. Over the years it has become hard to distinguish the middle class from the poor but distinguishing the rich from the middle class has become significantly easier.

If the poor only knew, the middle class is only one or two checks away from joining their class, they would be much more than pleasantly surprised, they might even be terrified.

Similarly, if the rich only knew the middle class is only one or two checks away from eventually being classified as poor, they would be much more than pleasantly surprised, but would they be terrified?

Maybe not or maybe so. The problem here is we are not as confident the rich fully understands what this means.

The world is...

Dreams are just "DREAMING" without a plan and action. That’s right. A dream is a precious imaginative ambition that will not come to fruition without a plan and the actions taken to complete the requirements that are necessary to accomplish that dream.  In other words, a plan needs to be created and executed to obtain the desired result which is the fulfillment of the dream.

On occasion, you may hear people use common expressions such as, “I guess it is supposed to just magically happen.” Or, “Is it supposed to just fall from the sky?” These common expressions are made referring to those that are not proactive in doing what is necessary to accomplish their dreams.

The only real value in dreams without action is the freedom to imagine. Ye...

Hebrews 11:1- 3 |The Message (MSG)

Faith in What We Don’t See

The fundamental fact of existence is that this trust in God, this faith, is the firm foundation under everything that makes life worth living. It's our handle on what we can't see. The act of faith is what distinguished our ancestors, set them above the crowd. By faith, we see the world called into existence by God's word, what we see created by what we don't see (Hebrews 11:1-3 MSG).

Inspirational Nugget

Faith is your foundation that makes life worth living. It’s how we understand and trust God for what we cannot see. God's word makes things happen! So, get into God's word and make things happen.

Remember it's not about you. It's about Gods purposes and his word that is living a...
